More than 90% of adults in the US have some form of metabolic disorder, the damage that late detection and treatment can cause can sometimes be irreversible.

The number of times I have heard "I wish I knew this earlier" or "why wasn't I told this before"  or patients with PMOS (PCOS) is the reason why this space was created.

For people who have already developed metabolic disease we help with goal-setting and whole health management, optimizing medications, healthy movements and reducing the overwhelm to focus on healthy sustainable results.

The more we learn and uncover about chronic metabolic diseases- issues like high blood pressure, high blood sugar- borderline diabetes, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, period irregularities-PMOS/PCOS the more we see that these issues exist on a spectrum. I do not treat every patient the same way because every patient is different. You are unique in what you feel and where you are at. My goal is to work with you to establish your individual health care goals and to heal yourself towards those goals so you can live your life fully.

A happy patietn with balanced hormones and reduced obesity thanks to Dr. Sabrina Huq
