Every visit is about you and your individual treatment plan. To see meaningful change we offer 6 month membership plans.

This includes a new patient 60-minute consultation with Dr. Huq to review your history, order focused lab tests and imaging as needed. Our membership patients get the benefit of regular follow up visits, unlimited medical communication, continuous glucose monitoring, body composition scans if indicated, collaboration with your other providers.

This includes review of previous test results, your history and a true shared decision making approach to help you towards a healthy direction. This can also include blood test orders, referrals and imaging orders and prescriptions as clinically indicated. You will receive your personalized plan at the end of the visit.
